Returns Policy


Damage in transit: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim and keep all packaging materials. Please do not return these items to us. We will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with your carrier.

Returns: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after talking to our parts representative. We will accept the return provided it is unused, is in resalable condition and returned within 20 days of original invoice. Rebuilt parts with Core charges MUST be returned in the original box within 60 days. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns that did not include the VIN # in the original order. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. Electrical parts are not returnable. If we are in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges. Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches, and dents. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.
